Personality Limo Inc. – Guest Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By using Personality Limo Inc.’s services, you accept these Terms. If you book on behalf of another passenger, you represent that you have authority to bind them as well.

2. Rates, Charges & Fees

Base rates are quoted at booking and may be adjusted for wait time, tolls, parking, airport fees, stops, mileage, administrative surcharge, or holiday fees. Reservation booking fees: $10 (sedans/SUVs), $30 (vans/coaches). Waived for confirmed online bookings unless canceled.

Wait time charges:

- Airport arrivals: 30 min grace (domestic) / 60 min grace (international).

- Non-airport transfers: 10 min grace (depending on service type).

- Beyond grace: - $1.00/minute – Sedans & SUVs - $2.00/minute – Vans - $4.00/minute – Coaches

– Stop fees: $25 minimum (sedans), $30 minimum (SUVs), with additional wait charges after 5 minutes. Garage-to-garage billing applies for hourly rides.

Holiday surcharge: $50 for major U.S.

3. Cancellations, Changes & No-Shows

Cancellations within 2 hours of pickup (sedans/SUVs) or 48 hours (limos, vans, buses) are billed at 100% of fare. Special event reservations may be non-refundable. No-show fee: full fare plus applicable wait time.

4. Payments

All payments are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or outlined in our cancellation policy. Pre-authorization of up to 100% of estimated charges may be taken before service. Adjustments may apply for tolls, fees, damages, or cleaning. Chauffeur gratuity is not included unless requested; cash tips are discretionary. Unpaid invoices may accrue up to 20% annual interest or maximum allowed by law.

5. Damages & Cleaning

Client is responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning caused by their party. Minimum cleaning fee: $300. Smoking in vehicles is strictly prohibited and subject to a $500 penalty.

6. Lost or Misplaced Items

Personality Limo Inc. is not liable for lost, stolen, or forgotten items, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist retrieval.

7. Limitation of Liability

Personality Limo Inc. does not guarantee vehicle type, timeliness, or availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is capped at the greater of: (a) the fees paid for the ride, or (b) $1,000 USD. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including missed flights, lost profits, or delays caused by weather, traffic, or third parties.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Personality Limo Inc., its officers, employees, and affiliates against any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from: - Your breach of these Terms, - Your or your passengers’ conduct, or - Violations of law or third-party rights.

9. Relationship of Parties

Personality Limo Inc. may contract with vetted affiliates or subcontractors to provide rides. These affiliates are independent operators and not agents or employees of Personality Limo Inc. Responsibility for vehicle operation and driver conduct rests with the Local Service Provider.

Personality Limo Inc. is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including traffic, weather, accidents, strikes, or government restrictions.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate reservations for violations of these Terms or at our discretion, with notice when practicable.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with your booking confirmation, form the complete agreement between you and Personality Limo Inc.
